Indian Ordnance Factory
announced the notification for the Direct recruitment.Selection
of the candidates is based on their performance in the written examination and
for written examination, candidates required their admit cards.
Candidates may download their Indian Ordnance Factory Chargeman Admit Cards 2016 from the official web portal i.e. ofb.gov.in. after the declaration of examination date. All the other
detail like Examination Center, Timing and Date will be written on call letter.
Candidates may notice that there will be no
Interview/ Personality Test so the selection is totally based written
examination, after this merit list will be published by the board.
Indian Ordnance Factory Syllabus
and Paper Pattern: Examination will be of 3 Hours.

Technology, Electrical, Civil, Automobile and Electronics
- General Awareness & Technical Aptitude- 30 Marks
- Computer Application ( O Level)- 20 Marks
- General Engineering (Diploma Level) - 30 Marks
- Engineering in respective Trades ( Diploma Level)- 120 Marks
- Trade- Chemical, Metallurgy, Clothing Technology, Leather Technology
- General Awareness & Technical Aptitude- 30 Marks
- Computer Application ( O Level)- 20 Marks
Option-1: General
Engineering including engineering
drawing- 30 Marks
Or
Option- 2: General Science and
Arithmetic / Analytical Ability- 30 Marks
Option-A: Engineering in
respective Trades (Diploma Level)- 120
Marks.
Or
Option-B: Physics, Chemistry,
Mathematics with emphasis on chemistry (B.Sc Level)
For Non Technical Posts
- General Awareness (Business Knowledge)- 20 Marks
- Numerical Aptitude & Non- Verbal Reasoning- 50 Marks
- Basic English- 10 Marks
- English or Hindi including Nothing Drafting Knowledge/ Skills- 40 Marks
- Computer Awareness & Applications (O Level)- 20 Marks
Or
Conceptual & Application
level in Stores Management for Non-Technical (Stores)-10 Marks

Objective type and in English or Hindi Medium both.
